Punch Set As shown, Punch Bowl $190, Punch cups $26 each ($312 per dozen)
16” Tray $285, Betsy Patterson Ladle $125 In Total, $912 in 1968
Personally, I am surprised that the tray cost more than the #036 punch bowl, but similar pricing structures are found in the 1952 Dealer book too... 16 years later in 1968 prices had more than doubled for most pieces listed, and trays were almost triple the 1952 prices.
