14K Gold stieff rose

flatware

The Stieff Company also employed Goldsmiths. These craftsmen created spectacular pieces in 14K and 18K Gold. This gold work included flatware and hollow ware.

These examples of Stieff Rose flatware are from the 1950’s or 1960’s and include spoons and forks. The spoons are marked H for Heavy. Spoons marked Heavy would be even more expensive than the “regular” spoons in 14K Gold.

These pieces are owned by

“Our Country Homes” Builder and Developer Hurst TX.

We thank them for sharing the photos of the great pieces.

The same dies used for the Sterling Silver versions were used. Note the STERLING has been removed and the 14K is hand stamped in the space where the Sterling had been.
