right corner has a date of 8-30-83 I do not know. The name of the purchaser of the silver

is also written in... as well as his home town and profession... Banker.

Despite the “sale prices” all prices shown are considerably higher than the August 1979 price list on this site. Pure silver prices were still on the rise.
